Terms & conditions

Please read these terms before booking with DT Rentals.

These terms govern all bookings made directly through dtrentals.mt with DT Rentals ("we", "us"), an operator of licensed short-let apartments in Malta.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once full payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference. Prices are quoted in Euro and include the nightly rate, applicable cleaning fee and eco-contribution.

Guest conduct

  • The named guest must be at least 18 years old.
  • Maximum occupancy stated for each apartment must be respected at all times.
  • Parties and events are not permitted in any DT Rentals apartment.
  • Guests are responsible for the condition of the apartment during their stay.

Liability

DT Rentals is not liable for indirect loss, travel disruption, or matters outside our reasonable control. Guests should arrange their own travel insurance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version live on this page at the time of your booking applies.
