How we handle your personal data.

DT Rentals collects only the information needed to process your booking and provide a great stay: your name, email address, phone number, and payment details (handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers).

How we use your data

  • To confirm and manage your booking.
  • To communicate with you before, during and after your stay.
  • To comply with Maltese legal and tax obligations for short-let accommodation.

Data sharing

We share the minimum necessary data with our payment processor (Stripe) and, where legally required, with the Malta Tourism Authority and police for guest registration purposes.

Data retention

Booking records are retained for as long as required by Maltese tax and accommodation law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@dtrentals.mt.
