Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is by 10:00. Self check-in via smart lock — no key handover needed.

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival — full refund.
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival — 50% refund.
• Within 48 hours of arrival — non-refundable.

Damage deposit

We do not pre-authorise a damage deposit on your card. However, guests remain liable for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay.

Eco-contribution

Malta's mandatory eco-contribution of €1.50 per guest, per night (capped at 15 nights) is included in your total at checkout.

Occupancy & house rules

• Maximum occupancy stated for each apartment must never be exceeded.
• No parties or events.
• Please respect quiet hours and neighbours from 22:00.

Parking & linen

Parking availability varies by apartment and is listed in each property's amenities. Fresh linen and towels are always included.
